Our Mission

To protect and serve our customers by delivering a prompt, thorough and professional inspection of the building for a reasonable price.

We are a member in good standing of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI)

Inspections are conducted in accordance with IDPFR (Illinois Department of Professional and Financial Regulation)  and NACHI Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics. Copies of these are provided at the beginning of the inspection and are also available at:
