Standards of Practice

As an Illinois-licensed home inspector, we follow the  Standard Operating Procedures specified by the state of Illinois.  These standards can be found here:  http://www.ilga.gov/commission/jcar/admincode/068/068014100C02000R.html

As a member of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors, we also follow the standards of practice and code of ethics set by NACHI.
