Mold comes in many varieties. Some are easily visible. Other's are not, they like to hide in dark, damp areas. I offer a general mold screen to the home buyer that offers a good general evaluation of the mold present in the house. This is done with an air-sampling method that requires a vacuum pump and laboratory analysis. Some lab results signal an "all clear", others indicate the presence of mold spores in the air and hence suggest that further investigation is warranted.
