I was in the process of purchasing a home and called Mr. Ron Green to perform the inspection. In the past the inspector has requested to be alone, so I expected Ron to request the same. To my surprise, Ron gave me a flashlight and asked me to follow him. He provided a very detailed account of what he was seeing and explained everything in a simple language that I could understand. He followed up our meeting during inspection with a detailed written report that included photos and specific details of the items he inspected and his thoughts and recommendations. Due to his report and inspection we ended up not purchasing the house, but I knew I would use Ron and Bless This House once we found another property.

Once we found a new property, I called Ron and this time the experience would be as new, but as helpful and telling as the first one. I wanted to be at the inspection again and to my surprise the home owner was there too. This time the inspection went great and we purchased the house. The interesting thing was how Ron was able to be very objective in his findings during the inspection while talking to me AND the owner of the house. He was able to keep a professional approach and still tell me, without upsetting the owner, what he thought needed attention and what was great about the house.

To his credit, this experience was so great to the home owner as well, that I witnessed the home owner hire Ron on the spot for the inspection of the house that he was thinking about purchasing.I would not only hire Ron and Bless This House again, I would also recommend him to anyone that I know is in the process of purchasing a house. I feel that Ron saved us thousands of dollars by not buying the first house and helped us find a great house that we would enjoy for years to come. He even recommended and helped us with the few items that the house needed attention with.

"Bless This House Inspection was one of the best decisions we made during our home buying process.  Ron Green, owner/inspector, was very thorough and helpful in explaining the details of the inspection.  He even allowed me to walk through the home with him and showed me specific portions of his findings throughout the property.  He also provided a 26 page report with tons of pictures explaining each individual issue with the home.  This made it much easier for the realtor to see what Ron had found, which in turn helped us make a justified offer on the home with hard evidence backing up our offers.  Along with the home inspection, Ron provides additional inspections, like radon detection.  He found high levels of radon in the home we were buying and we are so glad we knew that up front instead of discovering it afterwards. I wanted to express my extreme gratitude in the inspection you did for me on the property at 330 N. Given the magnitude of the problems with the house, I made a lowball offer of 95-100K, figuring we would negotiate and end up agreeing on a price around 110K. But he chose not to negotiate at all so it's now on the market with a realtor for 136K. The owner said he knew how much he put into the house, yet he did not act surprised when I told him it needed quite a bit of work and did not ask to see a copy of the inspection. So apparently he wants to make money off the house while leaving the major maintenance work for someone else. Maybe he will find someone willing to pay that much for that house but he ain't getting it from me. Thanks for the inspection. It saved me thousands and thousands of dollars (not to mention countless headaches). So I'm still looking. The federal credit has been extended until April.  I'll let you know when I find another place that interests me.

From Idaho....We did find a beautiful home at a very afforable price, and are in the process of closing on it. We really appreciated your help with the home inspection in Nauvoo. We got an inspection on the home we are buying in Arizona, and couldn't help but compare it to yours. You do an excellent job, and I wish you well with your future business dealings! God bless!
